In these weekly sessions you will learn and practice a powerful circular and connected breath technique which will increase the oxygenation in your body for greater overall health as well as providing a connection from your unconscious to your conscious mind. Through this connection old traumas and deep-seated patterns can be released and healed leaving you with an increased sense of Peace, Awareness and a deeper connection to PRESENCE.
My name is Eric Rehnke. I am a certified Breathwork Facilitator, Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Hypnotherapist, and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner. Bring WATER, any blankets, pillows, eye pillows you need to keep warm and comfortable. We will play music to accompany you on your breath journey and the breath journeys will last 45 minutes or so.
