Each week this group will cover one priciple from the Intuitive Eating Workbook, put its methods into practice, and share experiences and support in an open group discussion.
- Overcome the diet mentality and free yourself from food rules
- Connect with your body and rediscover hunger and fullness cues
- Practice self-compassion and develop positive body image
- Nourish a healthy relationship with food
Sarah Whiton is a Life Coach and Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in body positivity, self-confidence, and health at any size. Her work and message were inspired by her own struggle and journey with weight, self-image and finding peace with her body. She is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Body Positive Fitness Alliance Affiliated Professional, and holds her Life Coaching Certificate from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. It is her philosophy that true health and beauty resonate from within, and through that awareness, anyone has the ability to discover happiness, confidence, and unwavering self-love.
Originally from Maine, Sarah enjoys nothing more than spending time in nature, and hiking with loved ones.
