It was obvious that breathwork was calling to me. I continued to find breathwork groups in the area and decided to get trained so I could coach others who were open to this amazing modality. At the time, I had little idea of how much humanity needed this simple and powerful modality. That would become apparent the deeper I got into it.
I had already studied Reiki, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) among other things and I just felt as if breathwork was a major modality for me.
I got certified in two styles of breathwork (Clarity Breathwork-a descendant of Rebirthing and Pranayama as taught by David Elliot) and have attended lots of different workshops and group breathing events.
As I continue to study breathwork, I’m even more convinced that humanity needs to know how to breathe correctly and I am heartened by the growth of this modality here in the Valley of the Sun.
I am a retired hardware/software designer who worked mostly in the aerospace industry and served in Vietnam while in the Army.

In these weekly sessions you will learn and practice a powerful circular and connected breath technique which will increase the oxygenation in your body for greater overall health as well as providing a connection from your unconscious to your conscious mind. Through this connection old traumas and deep-seated patterns can be released and healed leaving you with an increased sense of Peace, Awareness and a deeper connection to PRESENCE.
