After 25 years in the commercial television industry, helping people to look and feel their best in front of a camera, Jackie now spends her days helping others to look and feel their best in their own skin, in their own lives, every moment of every day. With humor and compassion, she creates a safe space where healing naturally unfolds through self- awareness and acceptance.

Jackie is a facilitator of yoga, yoga therapy, reiki, life coaching, toe reading/soul coaching, sound healing, and meditation.

    Express Heart Felt Kindness & Compassion Mindfully

    Reduce stress , improve relationships with family, friends and co-workers, and experience a deeper connection to your own personal self-awareness. This class will allow you to meditate for longer periods of time in stillness. This class contains a variety of guided meditations, and a time for sharing of experiences during group discussion. Some benefits of this class include:

    - insight and understanding of oneself, with greater self-awareness
    -increased acceptance and appreciation of oneself
    -increased emotional intelligence
    -improved motivation towards actions that are good for one's self
    -understanding of others and why they act as they do
    -increased kindness and compassion for self and others
    -improvement of relationship with family, friends, and others
    Meditation:
    During this meditation, you will be able to create a union between the body and soul using mindfulness, awareness of breath, and bringing awareness into the body.
    Meditation is a simple way to know this potential in you. The soul is the embodiment of power, wisdom and love. As you clear emotion and create silence in your mind, there is a definite feeling of oneness with everything that is experienced. Kindness, compassion, and peace radiate out from you to all around you.
    When limiting beliefs are cleared, the body heals, the story disappears, and life becomes smoother.
