After a blissful moment at the end of a yoga class in 2009, Julie was inspired to sign up for Yoga Teacher Training at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, and has since become certified in Yoga Nidra, an ancient, powerful meditation that she integrates with sound healing.

Yoga Nidra with Sound Healing
A profoundly relaxing experience with gong or crystal bowl sound healing, and yoga nidra. Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based meditation done lying on the floor, supported with gentle props. A series of breath, body, and awareness techniques combined with intention-setting, are designed to bring the body and mind into a deeply subtle state of being. 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is as restorative as three hours of sleep!
