Using the teachings of ancient and modern masters, we'll learn how to use mindfulness to address common everyday challenges, explore various methods of meditation, and develop the ability to stay present. Rediscover your own natural capacity to live fully, with less stress and greater peace and joy.
All Mindfulness Meditation classes are free of charge during your eight week course, $100/week value.
No experience necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal or notebook.
Jackie is a master level yoga teacher, meditation guide and life coach. She has taught thousands of classes publicly and privately; coaches yoga teacher training students and trains teachers in the art of meditation. With humor and compassion, she creates a safe space where healing naturally unfolds through self- awareness and acceptance.
